Company Background
Teratak Aeden (JK) Development Sdn. Bhd. which has its based in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia begin as a commercial housing developer. Upon obtaining the housing developer license from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, it began and completed a housing project named "Taman Setia Kasih" in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan in the year 1994. The project consist of 14 units of two-story banglos and 37 units of medium cost houses with the sales value of approximately RM5 million.
The company is also a government certified civil construction company. The company, which has a bumiputra status PKK & CIDB - Grade G6 (license to handle government civil projects ranging from RM5 million to RM10 million), holds an excellent record of project completion and quality for its previous completed government projects.
With a smart and hardworking team of 38 dedicated workforce, Teratak Aeden (JK) Development Sdn. Bhd. intends to continue with its pursuit of excellence and innovation. A craze for big challenges is the company's biggest drawback. Making sure the company is always advance in every aspect of business and construction technology is our top priority as well as making sure a good working environment within his organization and a good relationship environment with its clients.

The founder of the company, Tuan Haji Jalaludin Bin Haji Abu Bakar started off as a timber grader and owned a sawmill in Negeri Sembilan. As the world changes, so did he, diversifying the business into construction & engineering works to compete in the market.
